D in Saitama

Only a few days ago I learnt that D would be playing in Saitama, so of course I bought a ticket.

We didn't take any pictures of my outfit before the gig so I look extremely tired in all of those that we did take.
I have one good photo of Saga that I snapped just to check our my camera's settings XD

Half dead after the gig. It was raining so my hair was in a questionable state.

Outfit rundown:
JSK: AatP
bolero & socks: Btssb
jewellery: Bijou Brigitte

Christon Cafe

Saga and I went to Christon Cafe yesterday. Well, technically it was the day before yesterday, since it's already 2 am here XD

Laforet Grand Bazar

Yesterday I got an invitation for a job interview, but I didn't have any approproate shoes or a large bag to carry an A4 size folder, so I hurried to Harajuku. I thought I could drop by Innocent World too, if I'm there. Buying shoes in Japan turned out to be more difficult than it used to be. I bought a pair of shoes here three years ago and I found my size without any problems. This time no shop seemed to carry it.

I stepped into Innocent World on my way to Forever 21, thinking that an international chain shop is more likely to carry shoes size 25 than a tiny private shop. I didn't, however, expect to find the right shoes at Innocent World. But I did. They weren't cheap, but they're gorgeous and I can wear them with lolita dresses and suits.

They are far from comfortable, though. I wore them to the interview and to a concert later, mostly because I had no time to change them, and my feet hurt like hell. I still don't regret buying them.

Looking for a bag, I wandered into Laforet. I found out that there was a huge one day sale event happening, so I was pretty lucky. I found a bag by Jewelna Rose on sale, I think I got 40 or 50% off, I don't remember. I was a good deal anyway, and I was really the only appropriate bag I found.

Finally I ended up on the gothic & lolita floor, looking through stacks of clothes and accessories on sale. If you had looked hard enough, you could have found items for only 20% of the original price. I really wanted a skirt from Atelier Pierrot but it was sold out in black and that was the only colour I was interested in. In the end I bought a blouse from Baby. I need some more blouses, cause I only have a few.

I have never experienced such a sale before. In Poland sales are rather calm and there aren't that many people. Here it was loud and chaotic. There were so many people it was hard to move. Everyone was polite and no one fought for items, but I still left Laforet awfully tired and in need of some quite time.

fun in Shinjuku

Saga and I went shopping in Marui One in Shinjuku. When you want a small, inexpensive item, and you have to pay twice as much for shipping, it's quite discouraging. That's why I decided to use this chance to buy some lolita socks and accessories.

I bought a pair of socks from Moitie, and because I still don't have my Silent Moon, this is my first Moitie item.

I also did some shopping at Putumayo. I bought another pair of socks and a necklace.

We went to other shops too, and we dropped by Closet Child, but I couldn't find what I was really looking for: a cheap basic black lolita skirt. The only ones I liked were from new collections and quite expensive.

Later we went to Harajuku for their famous crepes, but it was raining heavily so we hid in a cafe where I ate these delicious sandwiches.
Then we took some purikura. That was so much fun! I'm addicted to purikura XD

After some more window shopping a friend joined us. We took some more puri and finally ate those crepes XD

I also finally had a picture of my outfit taken, though it's rather terrible, cause I was really tired after a whole day of walking in the Japanese heat.

Second day in Japan

I went to Harajuku and bought these flowers corsages at Claire's.
I'm going to wear one of these to see Versailles. I didn't know which one would look better with my dress so I bought both.

First day in Japan

Today I arrived in Tokyo, where I'm going to spend the next month.
If there are any typos and/or other mistakes in this post, please forgive me. I haven't slept for three days. Bacause you cannot call those light naps in the car and on the plane sleep.

I promised myself I wouldn't buy anything, especially not expensive things. A pair of brand socks maybe. Maybe even two pairs, cause I always feel that buying such small items online is such a waste of money when you have to pay for shipping. But I definitely didn't expect to buy a dress!

When I saw it it was love at first sight. It was on sale (-60%) so it was a pretty good deal, too. The brand, Excentrique, doen't ship overseas as far as I know, so normally I would also have to pay for shopping service, shipping and possibly customs. And it's such a great feeling to be able to actually try clothes on before buying them!
Sorry for the poor quality of the picture, but that's the best I can do right now,

Look at the details of the print! Isn't it gorgeous?
I also bought a short-sleeved bolero from Baby. Yay for 50% sales!
I bought this item for practical reasons. I gaines too much weight and I don't want to show my arms when I wear my Versailles Rose JSK, so I'll wear this bolero over it XD

X JAPAN in Berlin

I saw X JAPAN in Berlin and it was the best gig I've been to this year. I wore the outfit I posted earlier, only with different boots. It was raining so I decided that peep-toes are not the best option.

This picture was taken around noon? Early afternoon maybe. There weren't many people there.

My hair looks awful here, but we only took two pictures and the other one is even worse XD

A day after the gig I went to X-Trax, a goth shop in Berlin, with the intention of buying shoes. A pair of simple black lolita mary janes, possibly platforms, but nothing fancy. I left with a pair of these gorgeous pirate boots.

They're called Baroque Contessa and they're made by Funtasma.

When it comes to fancy boots with gold details, I was more interested in Funtasma's Pirate Queen. But when I put them on they looked like badly fitted wellingtons.

I want to wear them with my Versailles Rose JSK to a Versailles' gig. I wonder if I survive a gig in 11 cm high heels XD Well, I have survived gigs in shoes that high before, but those heels were thicker and slightly more stable than these. Maybe I'll keep a pair of flats in my bag just in case XD

Oh, and look what else I bought! Not in Berlin but here in GdaƄsk.
You may not know that, but ^THIS is my childhood. Those who know it understand.

packing for X

I'm packing right now cause I'm going to Berlin tomorrow to see X JAPAN. This is what I think I will wear. If you have any concrit, please give it now before it's too late! ^-~

Let me just say that any comments telling me to wear more colour shall be ignored due to lack of colour in my closet.
