Moi dix Mois live

Today I wore my new Moitie skirt to see Moi dix Mois and ALI PROJECT. All black outfits are awfully difficult to photograph, so I'm sorry for the quality of these pictures.

skirt, headbow & socks: Moi meme Moitie
blouse: Atelier Pierrot
shoes: Bodyline
choker: Bijou Brigitte
necklace: Closet Child

One more try to take a decent picture. This time after the gig. I don't think it's any better though XD

And to finish this post, make up shots.

Yes another indies event

Yesterday I went to an indies event in Shibuya REX to see S.Q.F and VII-sense. I wore the new skirt made by Kaha.

skirt: handmade by Kaha
blouse: Moitie
socks: BPN
headband: handmade by me
shoes: Bodyline

After the concert I took some purikura with my friend Alex.

Random lolita things

Here are some lolita items I bought since my latest wardrobe post.

In chronological order:

1. A skirt by Moi meme Moitie
I was considering buying it when I first saw in the shop. But with the bottom being so rich and elaborate, the high waist seemed empty. I think it's really asking for some military-style button in two rows. In the end I didn't buy it because I didn't want to spend over 33,000 yen on something that wasn't 100% perfect. Yet I kept thinking about it. And then I saw it in Closet Child for 12,800 (minus a point card discount). I'm glad I refrained from buying it for the original price.

2. A pair of Chantilly socks
I want to make a proper masquerade-themed outfit but I still don't know where to wear it XD

3. My dream shoes from Metamorphose!
I was so excited when I saw them in the Laforet shop! I'd been dreaming about them for years! I'm so happy they re-released them!

4. Flocky Chandelier onepiece by Alice and the Pirates
I bought it secondhand from Usagi Youhinten.

5. A pair of BPN socks
I bought them specifically to wear them with the AatP dress.

6. A handmade skirt by Kaha
It arrived at my doorstep three days ago. I'm going to write a review later.

Also, here's a really casual outfit from a small shopping trip. I wanted to compare the shades of white of the dress and the socks I wanted to buy, so I had to have it with me. I figured wearing it would be the best option XD

HIZAKI & YUKI BirthDay Party

Yesterday I had the amazing opportunity to go to Versailles' fanclub event, organized to celebrate HIZAKI's and YUKI's birthdays.

Everyone could have a picture taken with the band. Here's mine:
I don't normally hide my face so I think a little explanation is needed. I want to keep this blog public, and I know that within minutes this photo might be all over tumblr. While I don't normally mind it when my pictures are reposted, this one is a little different. I don't want my face to be all over Versailles communities. Thank you for your understanding.

See the gifts they're holding? We know that they like alcohol, and every Polish reader of this blog will immediately know what kind of alcohol they received from me, right? XD And since Valentine's Day was only four days earlier, I thought that some chocolate would be appropriate, so everyone got some Wedel (Polish brand) chocolate from me.

About the party itself... Just a few bullet points.
* The members were dressed in their host club outfits from their latest pamphlet.
* We played bingo with Kamijo, Masashi and Teru calling the numbers while Yuki and Hizaki were changing. I didn't win anything.
* When H & Y came back, they were wearing yukatas. (Y had a male one, H had a pink feminine one.)
* They tried to make Teru drink his whole drink at once but he couldn't do it.
* The dinner was buffet style and I liked it a lot, especially the breaded shrimps.

And this is what I wore:
OP & headband: Alice and the Pirates
blouse & shoes: Innocent World
socks: BPN
cameo: re-style

One more picture taken in front of the venue after the party. Now here I covered my face simply because I didn't like the way it looked XD

A little detail of my outfit - the nails I made to match my dress.

When we were leaving, we could shake hands with the members, and Y and H were handing out souvenirs.

Versailles tour final

Sunday marked the end of Versailles' world tour with a grand tour final at Shibuya Kokaido, previously known as Shibuya C.C.Lemon Hall.

I wore an outfit very similar to the one you've already seen. I wore it to see VII-sense some weeks ago. I got so many compliments on it that I decided to change very little. The main change was the addition of a carnival mask. I also wore different shoes. This time I chose a pair of Metamorphose platform shoes that I bought only the day before. They're 13cm  high and I can hardly stand in them, let alone walk, but it was worth it for the view I had thanks to them. Also, it was colder last Sunday than on the day when VII-sense played, so I had to add a cardigan to my outfit.

OP: Excentrique
blouse: INGNI
cardi: AatP
socks & necklace: putumayo
shoes: Metamorphose
mask: Flo
hair accessories (roses): Claire's

Here are some other pictures from the event.

Misako Aoki's tea party

Last Saturday I had an opportunity to go to a tea party sponsored by Misako Aoki. It was lovely to see so many well dressed people in one room! Most people wore sweet lolita, though there were a few classic lolitas, too. Almost everyone was dressed in light colours, like pink and off white and, of course, brown, since it's the colour of chocolate and the party was 2 days before Valentine's Day. I felt a little out of place in my black IW dress but at least I didn't wear Moitie! XD

We were served muffins and given Valentine-themed paper clips and Misako postcards.

Together with a Baby designer and Baby shop staff, Misako presented the brand's latest prints.

Everyone could take a picture with Misako. She was really nice and took time to talk to everyone and signed whatever you asked her to sign. Because of that the line moved awfully slowly.

After the party we took some more photos of each other, and some reporter took photos of us, too!

Gifts from Misako: a postcard which I asked her to sign, a plush heart paper clip, and a cake towel, which she gave out when you went to have your picture taken with her.

All in all, it was an enjoyable event and I definitely want to go to her parties again .

Looking like an A/P advert

I went to Kaya's shusai live in Shibuya last Saturday looking like a walking Atelier Pierrot advert.

These pictures were taken after I came back cause I was almost late and had no time to take pictures before I left.

blouse & skirt: Atelier Pierro
hair accessory: Alice and the Pirates
necklace: Bijou Brigitte
boots: Deichmann
